Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions as a teenager. She earned her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. Ariel competed against some of the most top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
